Krystal's Fall Festival Raffle Baskets All this week, we will be selling raffle tickets for our amazing baskets! Stop by the library in the mornings or after school to purchase tickets and view the raffle baskets. Tickets are $1 each and will also be available for purchase at the festival on Oct. 26th. National School Lunch Week! Be sure to stop by the cafeteria this week for breakfast and lunch! Our wonderful Krystal Kitchen will be celebrating National School Lunch Week with fun surprises! Check out our website for the menu and info on how to apply for free and reduced breakfast/lunch.

Krystal School Dress Code Reminder As the weather gets cooler, we want to remind all students that jackets/sweaters worn in the classroom must be a solid school color. Jackets/sweaters worn outside on the playground do not have to be school colors. Also, leggings worn under skirts/dresses must be a solid school color. If you have any questions, please direct them to your child's teacher or the office.

Make-up Picture Day Friday, October 4th Students that need to retake their school picture or that missed the original day should come dressed to take their picture.

Krystal Spirit Wear Sales! PTC will be selling Krystal spirit wear Wednesday after school at our walk-up pick-up. Last chance to get spirit wear at current prices, all t-shirt sizes are in stock. Reminder: FREE obsolete textbooks are available to families to pick up all week at our walk-up pick-up area.

All this week, we will have obsolete textbooks available at Krystal's walk-up pick-up area for families to take home. Take as much as you can use and check back daily for different grade levels!

Minimum Days Next week, Krystal students will have minimum days on Tue., Sept. 24th - Fri., Sept. 27th. Kindergarten students will release at 11:49 and 1st-6th grade students will release at 1:20. Visit the News section of Krystalschool.org for the full schedule.

SPIRT DAY In honor or Patriot Day, wear RED, WHITE, & BLUE on Wednesday, September 11th. Students that participate, do not need to be in uniform, please follow the district's dress code.

KRYSTAL PTC MEMBERSHIP DRIVE This is the last week to participate in the PTC drive! The class with the most memberships turned in will win a prize! KRYSTAL PTC MEETING Join us for our first PTC meeting of the school year! Thursday, September 12th at 9:30am. Come learn about all things Krystal, how you can help, and enjoy some donuts and coffee.

Krystal's PTC will be selling Spirit Wear on Wednesday, after school near our walk-up pick-up area (Sept. 4th @ 2:15). If you don't already have a Krystal shirt, now is the time to get one!

We are excited for Krystal's first Comet Club 360 event coming up in October! We wanted to remind all students of the expectations in order to earn CC360. Students who earn CC360 will receive a cool tag to wear and get to participate in a fun activity. There are four opportunities to participate throughout the year. Fortunately, all students receive a “fresh start” every quarter! If a student does not earn CC360 for one quarter, they get to try their very best to be safe, respectful, and responsible and earn CC360 the next quarter. No office behavior referral forms No more than 2 behavior notices (white slips) for classroom and playground behavior No more than 3 absences of any kind for each quarter (Exception: If a student misses three or more consecutive days, he/she may be exempted if a parent provides a doctor’s note) No more than 3 tardies/early outs (All tardies/early outs count, regardless of time signed in or out) No more than 3 “dress code violation” slips Complete 90% of their classwork and homework on time

When dropping off students in the morning, please use the drop-off lane that is directly in front of the school. When using the drop off lane, parents should not drop students off in the outside lane. However, cars are permitted to use the outside lane to park in the parking lot and/or as a pass thru to exit the school. Additionally, the parking lot is not a drop off area, please park and use designated cross walks to walk your child to the gate. And just a reminder that the bus circle is no longer a drop-off or pick-up area, do not use the driveway to drop off students. We thank you in helping with keeping all Krystal students safe and appreciate your patience during our busy morning drop off and afternoon pick up times.

Krystal's Book Fair is in the library this week! Students can visit during their lunch and families can stop by after school for 30 minutes any day this week. The Book Fair will also be open during both Back to School Nights (Tuesday & Thursday, 5:30-6:30).
